Speed (v)

Solution;-

We know that kinetic energy (K) of the body of mass m and velocity v is given by;-

K = \frac{1}{2}mv^{2}

\implies v = \sqrt{2\frac{k}{m} } \\\implies v = \sqrt{\frac{2\times25}{2} } = 5m/s

Hence, the speed of the body is 5 m/s
