KE = 0.5 x m x v^2

→25J = 0.5 x m x 25 = 12.5 x m

→25J / 12.5 = mass = 2kg

Thus with doubled velocity, KE = 0.5 x 2 x 100 = 100 J and tripled velocity = 0.5 x 2 x 225 = 225 J
