The king , queen and ace spade are removed from a pack of 52 cards and then the remaining cards are well shuffled . A card is selected from the remaining cards . Find the probability of getting a card of spade ,a red king , a face card , either a king or a queen

Since all the 4 kings,4 queens and 4 aces are removed...totally 12cards are removed and the deck has just 40 cards.
P(E) = no.favourable outcomes/total no. Of outcomes.
Since 6 red cards are removed
1) p(red card) = 20/40 = 1/2
Since 4 black face cards are removed
2)p(black face card) = 22/40 = 11/20.
