Answer:Number of possible outcomes = 52 - 3 = 49

Probability ( of an event ) = No. of favorable outcome / No. of possible outcome

i) No . of  favourable outcomes = 13

Probability of getting a card of spade = 13/49

ii)No. of favourable outcomes = 1

Probability of getting a black king = 1 / 49

iii)No. of favourable outcomes = 10

Probability of getting  a card of club = 10/49

iv)No. ffavourable outcomes = 3

Probability of getting a jack = 3/49

Step-by-step explanation:

The king, queen and jack of clubs are removed from a deck

⇒ Number of cards left =52−3=49

Total number of clubs left in deck =13−3=10

Probability of getting a club = Number of clubs left in deck ÷ Total number of cards left

=

49

10
