B(X2+x+1) option is correct

on multiplying (23-2) with X2+x+1 it comes to be

23x^2+23x+23-x^2-x-1

=22x^2+22x+22

taking 22common the result is x^2+x+1

so LCM is x^2+x+1. ( LCM is product of two number except common factors)
