If the sum of two angles is 180 degrees , then they are called supplementary angles.
In the question,
It is given that,
Larger of the two supplementary angles exceeds the smaller one by 18°
So , Let the smaller angle be x.
Now, Larger Angle = x + 18°
We know that,
x + ( x + 18 ) = 180°
2x + 18 = 180
2x = 162
x = 81°
Smaller angle = 81°
Larger angle = 99°
Therefore, The pair of supplementary angles would be 81 , 99

Hey
Let the smaller angle be x°
Therefore the larger angle is (x+18)°
As they are supplementary therefore,
x + (x+18) = 180
2x + 18 = 180.
2x = 162
x = 162/2
x = 81°
Therefore larger angle is x + 18
81 + 18 => 99° Answer.
