Answer:

let, smaller angle = X

larger angle = (X +20)

Now,

X+(X+20)= 180°. ( As they are supplement of

each other)

→2x+20= 180°

→2x= 160°

→x=160/2 = 80°

Now, Value of angles,

Larger angle= X+20= 80+20= 100°

Smaller angle=X = 80°

Hope this helps you

lets the two angles be X and Y

according to given condition

X+y= 180 ----- (1)

X=y+180----- (2)

substituteing the value of (2) in (1)

(1)-x+y=180

(y+8)+y =180

2y + 18 =180

y =81

substituteing the value of Y in (2)

X=y+18

X = 81+18

x=99
