Hence,

4 = 2×2

7 = 7

3 = 3

The common factor of 4, 7 and 3 is 1

The largest 4 digit number is 9999

9999× 1= 9999

So, 9999 is the largest four digit number which when divided by the given numbers will leave remainder 0 in each case. But we need the largest number that leaves remainder 3 in each case.

Therefore, the required number is 3 more than 9999. The required largest number = 9999 + 3 = 10004
