  • What is the total surface area of cylinder ?

SOLUTION:

We know that the formula for finding the Curved surface area of cylinder is:-

According to question:-

\sf{\longmapsto CSA = 2 \times\dfrac{22}{\cancel{7}} \times \cancel{7} \times 9 }

\sf{\longmapsto CSA = 2 \times 22 \times 9 }

\bf{\longmapsto CSA = 396 \: cm^2 }

  • CSA of Cylinder = 396 cm²

We know that the formula for finding the Total surface area of cylinder is:-
