Perimetre of the base = 56 cm
2 ( l + b ) = 56
l + b = 56 / 2
l + b = 28 cm

Height = 1/4 of sum of length and breadth
            = 1/4 x 28
            = 28 / 4
            =7 cm

Lateral surface area of cuboid = 2 (l+b)h
                                                 = 2 (28) 7
                                                 = 2 x 28 x 7
                                                 = 56 x 7
                                                 = 392 cm^2
