LSA of the cylinder = 220

$= > 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r \times 14 = 220 \\ \\ = > 88r = 220 \\ \\ = > r = \frac{220}{88} \\ \\ = > r = 2.5$

Therefore, the radius of the cylinder is 2.5 m.
