since 33cm is the width of the rectangular sheet, 33 × length = area of sheet
LSA of hollow cylinder = Area of sheet because it is cut along it's height.
Therefore, 33 × length = 4424cm
length = 4424÷33 = 128
Perimeter of sheet = 2(l+b)
= 2(128 + 33)
= 2 × 161
= 322 cm square

width of the sheet = the circumfarance of the circle
33= 2pie r
r= 21/4
use this r to find h from the lateral surface area
4224=2pie r h
h =32
the height of the cylinder is equal to the length of the rectangle
perimeter = 2(l + b)
=2(33+32)
=2*65
=130cm
