Step-by-step explanation:

The lateral surface area of cylinder = The perimeter of rectangle as it is cut along with its height

4224= 2 ( l + b )

4224= 2( 33+ b )

4224 = 66 + b

b = 4224/66

b = 64 cm

Hope it will helped you. If it is so mark me as brainlist ....

Answer:

Given that lateral surface area of a hollow cylinder is 4224 cm²

 We know that Area of rectangle= Area of the hollow cylinder

Let the length of the rectangle be l

Area of rect= l * b

⇒ 4224= l * 33

⇒ l= 4224/33

⇒ l= 128 cm

Perimeter of the rectangular sheet= 2( l +b)

                                                      = 2 (128 + 33)

                                                      = 2 ( 161)

                                                      = 322 cm
