Width of the rectangle = Circumference of cylinder
Height of cylinder=33cm

As the same cylinder is folded into a rectangular sheet the area will be the same

Area of rectangular sheet = 4224sqcm
 length * width = 4224
 l *  33 = 4224
  length = 4224/33 = 128 cm

 Therefore, perimeter = 2(l+b)
                                   = 2(128 + 33)
                                   = 2 *161
               perimeter    = 322cm
