Let the length, breadth and height be 4x, 2x and 1x

lateral surface area=2×h(l+b)

300=2×x(4x+2x)=2x(6x)=12x^2

x^2=300/12=25

x=5

Length=4x=4×5=20

Breadth=2x=2×5=10

Height=x=5

When ever there is a ratio, there is one unknown, (in the present case it is x), which has to be found out.
