The lateral surface area of hollow cylinder is 4224cm². it is cut along its hight and formed a rectangular sheet of width 33cm. find the perimeter of rectangular sheet? ​

To find:-

Perimeter of rectangular sheet.

Solution:-

A.T.Q,

\tt\longmapsto{Area\: of\: sheet = S.A\: of\: cylinder}

\tt\longmapsto{Length × Breadth = 4224}

\tt\longmapsto{Length × 33 = 4224}

Or,

\tt\longmapsto{Length = \dfrac{4224}{33}}

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀\tt{= 128 cm}

Therefore,

\tt\longmapsto{Perimeter\: of\: sheet = 2(l + b)}

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\tt{= 2(128 + 33)}
