so

51x × 95x = LCM × HCF

4845x {}^{2} = 19380x

x = 19380x / 4845x

x = 4

putting values of x

51x = 51 × 4= 204

95x = 95 × 4 = 380

Hence numbers are 204 and 380.

Sum = 204 + 380

Sum = 584
