Actually the leaders were VLADIMIR LENIN AND JOSEPH STALIN......They wanted to establish communist government in USSR by over throwing the monarch and provincial governments.....so that people in USSR ....mostly small farmers and peasants could not be exploited and also they could develop their economy in a tremendous rate....but situations and actions to gain all these were very severe.
