The name in horticulture used for plants with leaves where some of the green chlorophyll is either totally missing, or is a different shade of green, being less abundant, is “Variegated”. ... What is the name of the leaves that have both green and non green part

The leaf on the left is a variegated leaf. The green parts contain chlorophyll and photosynthesise to make starch. The white part of the leaf does not contain chlorophyll, so does not photosynthesise.
