The legs of a right triangle are in the ratio 3: 4 and its area is 1014 cm²

Let the ratio of the legs of the triangle be the x

Area = 1/2*base*height

1014 = 1/2*3x*4x

1014=6x square

1014/6=x square

169=x square

x=root 169

x=13

Therefore 3x = 3 * 13

=39

4x =4 * 13

=52

Hypotenuse,

a square + b square = c square

=> 39^2 + 52^2 = y^2

=> 1521 + 2704 = y^2

=> 4225 = y^2

=> y = root 4225

Therefore, hypotenuse equals to 65
