Let the legs be 5x and 12x respectively

b = 5x

h = 12x

Area = 1/2 bh

120 = 1/2 bh

bh = 120 × 2

5x(12x) = 240

60x² = 240

x² = 240/60 = 4

x = √4

x = 2

First leg = base = 5x = 5×2 = 10m

Second leg = height = 12x = 12×2 = 24m
