Given:

Perimeter of rectangle = 156cm

And, Length is twice of it's breadth.

We know that :

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

Solution:

Let, the value of breadth be x.

Then, length = 2x (twice of it's breadth)

$\orange\Rightarrow$ 2(x+2x) = 156

$\orange\Rightarrow$ 2x+4x = 156

$\orange\Rightarrow$ 6x = 156

$\orange\Rightarrow$ x = $\frac{156}{6}$

$\orange\Rightarrow$ x = 26

$\therefore$ The value of breadth = 26cm

And, Length = 2(26) = 52cm
