The lenght of a rectangular room is 5 metre less than 3 times to breadth of the room. What is the lenght, if the breadth is b metres?

Breadth of a rectangular room=b metres

Length of a rectangular room=3b-5 metres

Explanation - It is said that breadth is 5 and the length is 3 times of breadth and is 5 less than it.So, 3 times of breadth i.e 3b and 5 less is 3b-5.
