Let the other sides be 'x' and '2x'

Given that

x+2x+6 = 18

3x+6 = 18

3x=12

x=12/3

x=4

So, other sides are

x=4

2x = 8

Let the 3rd side be x cm
Then, the 2nd side is 2x cm
The 1st side measures 6 cm. [given]

BTP,
x+2x+6=18 [perimeter of triangle is equal to the sum of all the three sides ]
=>3x+6=18
=>3x=12
=>x=4

3rd side measures 4 cm, 2nd side measures (2×4) =8 cm and the first side is 6cm
