the lenght of the rectangle is 4 times its width. if the perimeter of the rectangle is 80 m, find the lenght and breadth of rectangle

Let the width of the rectangle be y
It's length = 4 y
Perimeter Of Rectangle = 2 [ l + b ]
80 = 2 [ 4 y + y ]
80 = 8 y + 2 y
80 = 10 y
y = 80 / 10
y = 8 m
Width Of The Rectangle = y = 8 m
Length Of The Rectangle = 4 y = 4 x 8 = 32 m
