As we know that Perimeter of Rectangle (P) = Sum of Sides of Rectangle

⇒ P = 2(4x + 3x)  

⇒ P = 14x units

So, Total Cost of Fencing = Length of Boundary x Unit Cost

⇒ 2135 = P x 15.25

⇒ P = 2135/15.25

⇒ 14x = 140
