let the breadth be 4x meteres and length be 6x meteres

perimeter of a rectangle= 2(l+b)

440= 2(6x+4x)

440= 2(10x)

440/2= 10x

220= 10x

220/10= x

22= x

now area of rectangle = l×b

areaof rectangle= 6x(4x)

= 24x²

= 24(22)²

=11,616 m
