Step-by-step explanation:

Length of rectangle = 23/4 cm

Breadth of rectangle = 23/8 cm

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)

 = 2( \frac{23}{4}  +  \frac{23}{8} ) \\  = 2( \frac{23 \times 2}{4 \times 2}  +  \frac{23}{8} ) \\  = 2( \frac{46}{8}  +  \frac{23}{8} ) \\   = 2( \frac{46 + 23}{8} ) \\  = 2 \times  \frac{69}{8}  =  \frac{69}{4}

Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(L + B)

= 2(23/4+23/8)

= 2(46+23/8)

= 2 × 69/8

= 17.25 cm
