2x²+8x +3x +12 =88

2x²+11x+12=88

2x²+11x - 76 =0

(2x+19)(x−4)=0

clearly x=4 because sides cant be negative

now length = 2(4)+3=11 cm

and breadth = 8 cm

perimeter = 2(11+8)

perimeter of rectangle = 38 cm
