Perimeter = 2(L +b )

94 = 2(3x +4 +4x- 13)
47=7x - 9

56 =7x

x= 8cm

L= 24 +4=28

B= 32-13=19

area = 28×19 cm²

The value of the area will be 532m^{2}.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Length of rectangle= 3x+4

Breadth of rectangle= 4x- 13

To find= the area of the rectangle

Perimeter of the rectangle= 2(l+b)

Putting the values;

94=2(3x+4+4x-13)

94= 2(7x-9)

94= 14x-18

14x= 112

x= 8

Now putting x to find length and breadth,

Length= 3(8)+4=28m

Breadth= 4(8)-13= 19m

Now, area is given by= l×b

Putting the values,

area= 28×19=532m^{2}

Result:

The value of the area will be 532m^{2}.
