perimeter(2) = 2*110 = 220cm

% increase = [perimeter(2) - perimeter(1)]/perimeter (1)  *100

% increase = (220 - 180)/180 * 100

                  = 40/180 * 100 = 0.222 *100

                  =  22.2% ( answer)
