X square = 324

X = 18
So,length =9 x 18 = 162
And, breadth =5 x 18 = 90

=2(162 + 90)
=2 x 252
=504

Now, cost of fencing the field
=504 x 3.25
=1938.00

So,cost of fencing the field = rs 1938
