Let the breadth be x

Let the length be 2x

2x+2/x+3=4/3

3(2x+2)=4(x+3)

6x-4x=12-6

2x=6

x=3

Therefore original dimensions are:

2x=2×3=6

x=3

Answer : length=6cm

breadth=3cm
