Given:-

• l : b = 7 : 6

• Perimeter = 234 cm

Explain:-

l : b = 7 : 6

l / b = 7 / 6

6l = 7b

l = 7b / 6

Perimeter,

C = 2(l+b) = 234

2(7b/6 + b) = 234

2(7b+6b) / 6 = 234

13 b = 234×3

b = 18×3

= 54 cm

l = 7b / 6

= 7(54) / 6

= 7(9)

= 63 cm
