The length and breadth of a rectangle is increased by 5cm and 4cm

respectively then it’s area increased by100.sq.cm .If the length is decreased

by 3 cm and breadth is increased by 1 cm it’s area decreased by 17 sq. cm.

What is the length and breadth of the original square ?​
