let the length and breadth be 5x and 3x

perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( l + b )

2 ( 5x + 3x ) = 64

2 ( 8x ) = 64

16x = 64

x = 64 / 16

x = 4

lenght = 4 × 5 = 20m ✔✔
breadth = 4 × 3 = 12m ✔✔
