LET,

length of rectangular field = 5 x

and

breadth of rectangular field = 4 x

then,

area = length * breadth

3380 = 5 x * 4 x

3380 = 20 x²

x² = 169

x = 13

so,

length of field = 5 x = 5 ( 13) = 65 m

breadth of field = 4 x = 4 ( 13 ) = 52 m

now,

perimeter of field = 2 ( length + breadth )

perimeter of field = 2 ( 65 + 52 )

perimeter of field = 2 ( 117 )

perimeter of field = 234 m

rate of fencing = 75 per meter

so,

cost for fencing 234 m = 234 * 75

cost of fencing the field = 17550  ( with symbol of currency )
