B = 3x - y

area = L × B

$= (2x + 3y)(3x - y) \\ \\ = 2x(3x - y) + 3y(3x - y) \\ \\ = 6 {x}^{2} - 2xy + 9xy - 3 {y }^{2} \\ \\ = 6 {x}^{2} + 7xy - 3 {y}^{2}$
