let the length and breadth = 7x , 5x

perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l+b)

                                 384  = 2 ( 7x+ 5x)

                                   384  = 14x + 10x

                                 384 = 28x

                                   x = 384/28

                                   x = 16

length = 7(16)

            = 116 m

breadth = 5 ( 16)

              = 80

area = l X b

         = 116m X 80m

         =  9280 sq. m

cost of reaping field per sq. m = Rs 1.25

total cost = 1.25 X 9280

               = 11600 Rs.
