Let the length and breadth be = 3x and 2x

 \sf { Area\: of\: a \:rectangle = length \times breadth }

» 4056 = 3x × 2x

» 4056 = 6x²

» x² = 576

» x = 24

 \sf { Perimeter \: of \: a \:rectangle = 2(length+breadth) }

» Perimeter = 3x + 2x

» Perimeter = 5x

» Perimeter = 5(24)

» Perimeter = 120

 \boxed{\sf {Answer \:is\:120\: cm}}
