Let ,the length and the breadth 7x and 3X

As, we know that perimeter of rectangle =2×(l+b)

140m=2×(7x+3x)

70m=7x+3x

70m=10x

x=70/10

x=7

7x=7×7=49

3x=3×7=21

Area of rectangle =l×b

49×21=1,029...ans
