Answer:

Let their common multiple be X

ratio = 3:2. length : breadth

= 3x and 2x respectively

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

perimeter = 200 but

so, 200 = 2(l +b)

2(l+b) = 2(3x + 2x)

200 = 10x

x = 200/10

x = 20

So length = 3 X 20 breadth = 2X 20

Length = 60m and breadth = 40 m

Area of rectangle = l X b

= 60 X 40

= 2400m²

Cost = 0.50 per m²

So for 2400m² cost =

2400 X 0.5

= 1200

so 1,20p rupees.

Answer:

₹1200

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the common multiple be "x"

Therefore,

Length-3x

Breadth-2x

Perimeter-200

Since the perimeter of a rectangle is 2(l+b)

2(3x+2x)=200m

2(5x)

10x=200

x=200/10

x=20

Therefore,

Length-3×20=60

Breadth-2×20=40

Area of the rectangle-l×b

-40×60

=2400

Cost of planting potato in the field at the rate if ₹0.50 per m square=2400×0.50

=₹1200
