Let,
L = length
B = Breadth

Given,

$\frac{1}{2} (2l + 2b) = 32$
$\frac{1}{2} (2)(l + b) = 32$
$(l + b) = 32$

Also given that,

$\frac{l}{b} = \frac{5}{3}$
$l =b( \frac{5}{3} )$
Substituting value of L in above equation,

$b( \frac{5}{3} ) + b = 32$
$b( \frac{8}{3} ) = 32$
$b = 12$
Therefore,

$l = 20$


Answer
Length = 20 mts
Breadth = 12 mts
