The length and breadth of a rectangular floor are 3.6 m and 2.4 m respectively. How many

tiles will be needed to cover the floor if the side of the tile is 20 cm?​

area of rectangular floor= a×b

=3.6×2.4

=8.64 m square

but m= 100 cm

so multiply by 100

it become 864

then divide by 20

864/ 20 = 43.2

=43.2 is correct answer
