L=50m b=30m

let divide the rectangle into 2 triangles(right angled)

so

the diogonal of the rectangle = hypotenuse if the triangle

height= breadth =30m. lenght=50m

by using Pythagoras theorem,

H^2=l^2 + h^2

=)H^2 = 50 ^2 + 30^2

=)H=

 \sqrt{2500 + 900}

=)H=

 \sqrt{3600}

=)H= 60

so... length of the diogonal =60 m

Answer:

58.30 m

Step-by-step explanation:

length of garden - 50 m

breadth of garden - 30 m

hair we are going to use Pythagoras theorem

(ab)^2 + (bc)^2 = (ac)^2

50² + 30² = (ac)²

2500 + 900 = (ac)²

3400 = (ac)²

ac = √3400

ac = 58.30 m
