Let the length and breadth of park =5x,3x

so,length of park with its path =(5x+2)

Breadth of park with its path=(3x+2)

Area of path around it=260

(5x+2)(3x+2)-(5x)(3x)=260

15x^2+10x+6x+4-15x^2=260

16x+4=260

16x=260-4

16x=256

x=256/16

x=16m

length of park =16×5=80m

breadth of park= 16×3=48m
