Area of outer path = $10a^{2} + 35a + 25 - 10a^{2}$

     35a + 25 = 305

     35a = 305 - 25

             a = 280 / 35

            a = 8

Therefore , length = 5 * 8 = 40 m

                  breadth = 2*8  = 16 m
