Let the length be 2a

Width =3a

Perimeter = 150 m

=> 2 (Length +Width) = 150

=> Length +Width = 75

=> 2a+3a = 75

=> 5a = 75

=> a = 15

Length = 30 m

Width = 45 m

Now,

Area = Length *Width

=> Area = 30 * 45

=> Area = 1350 m^2

Area of park = 1350 m^2

let the common factor be x

length = 2x
breadth = 3x

Perimeter = 2 ( l + b )
150 = 2 ( 2x +3x )
150/2 = 5x
75 = 5x

x =  \frac{75}{5}
x = 15

length = 2 × 15= 30m
breadth = 3 × 15 = 45m

Area = length × breadth

= 30m × 45m

= 1350m²
