∴Length = 9x

Breadth = 7x

ATQ

2(9x+7x) = 244

=16x = 122

x = 122\16

x = 61\8

∴ Length = 9*61\8 = 68.62m

Breadth = 7*61\8 = 53.37

Area = 68.6*53.3

=3656.38m²
