Total cost = Rs. 8000

No. of metres = 8000/4 = 2000 metres

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

                                      = 2 ( 8x+4x)

                                      = 2 * 12x

                                      = 24x = 2000 metres

hence x = 2000/24

difference between length and breadth = 8x - 4x = 4x

hence 4x = 2000 * 4/24 = 333.333
